Sheet Membrane & Concrete Overlay

We offer concrete overlayment to create a high-quality finished look with complete waterproof protection. Concrete overlays are generally applied at a thickness ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/4 inch. Thicker overlays may be used for more extensive repairs, directing water flow, or decorative applications.

For plywood decks this first involves applying a bituminous sheet membrane and thoroughly securing a metal lath reinforcement. With this strong base we can apply a series of polymer modified cementitious coatings, offering numerous and customizable finishes for your project. After the overlay is applied, it needs to cure properly to achieve its desired strength. Once cured, the overlay can be finished with techniques such as acrylic coating, staining, or sealing to achieve the desired appearance and functionality.
