A UV resistant waterproof coating is a cold liquid applied protective layer applied to a surface to provide resistance against ultraviolet (UV) radiation and water infiltration. It is commonly used on decks, concrete, or wood, to enhance durability, reduce permeability and prevent damage caused by exposure to sunlight and moisture. Unlike our underlayment systems which are used in tandem with concrete or tile, this system is fully exposed making it necessary to protect the coating against the sun. Often used to refresh a partially damaged existing waterproofing system.
