Epoxy Injection & Spall Repair

The purpose of epoxy injection is to repair and restore the structural integrity of concrete elements, such as cracks or voids, by injecting epoxy resin into them. Epoxy injection is often used to address concrete cracks that allow water penetration. The epoxy resin creates a barrier that prevents water from seeping through the cracks, thereby helping to prevent moisture-related issues, such as corrosion of reinforcement or damage to interior finishes. 

Cracks in concrete can compromise its structural strength. Epoxy injection helps restore the original load-bearing capacity of the concrete by bonding the cracked surfaces together and providing reinforcement. Epoxy resins have excellent bonding properties and high tensile strength.
